National Honor Society for Earth Sciences
Purpose
To network with a local group of scholars on campus, hone critical leadership and business skills, and give back to the community through service hours.

Membership Requirements
Minimum GPA of 2.67 in all college courses, minimum GPA of 3.0 in all earth sciences courses, at least 10 semester hours or 15 quarter hours in earth sciences.
Meetings
Second Wednesday of the month at 12:30 PM, Geology and Psychology Building 1064.
Major Events
Annual Mineral Auction, department BBQs, beach clean-ups, and various other volunteer opportunities.
