Degree Requirements | Sociology Minor
Minor in Sociology
Students must complete the following requirements for a Minor in Sociology:
- A minimum of 18 credit hours in Sociology with a 2.0 grade point average.
- Sociology 1051 or equivalent.
- Sociology 2708 or equivalent. Political Science 2900 or Psychology 2300 will substitute for this requirement but will not reduce the required number of credit hours in Sociology.
- A minimum of nine credit hours in Sociology courses numbered 3000 or higher.
