About Mahnoor
Hi there!
My name is Mahnoor! As an Admissions Counselor, I am here to help students navigate one of the most exciting and transformative periods of their lives - college!
Being born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, I knew the 91Ö±²¥ was the perfect choice for me, especially as a first-generation college student! With family roots in Pakistan, I spent part of my life there until I graduated High School. When it came to choosing a university, I knew I was looking for one that offered not only a high-quality education, but also a diverse and welcoming campus community. UNO has been that place for me, offering endless opportunities for growth, learning, and connection.
I now genuinely love listening to students’ unique journeys to college. and look forward to hearing your story! Nice to meet you! Hope to see you around campus!

About Rozhai
Hello!
My name is Rozhai, and I was born and raised in New Orleans. My favorite part about 91Ö±²¥ is the number of resources the university provides for students to make a clean transition into the work field. UNO has a beautiful scenery on campus, and an amazing diverse community of staff and students who makes the environment feel welcoming. As a graduate of UNO, I would love to see incoming students learn, grow, and succeed as previous students such as myself have.

About Tyelise
Greetings! I'm Tyelise Walton. I hail from the sunshine state, specifically Sanford, Florida. UNO's Film Production program brought me to the Big Easy, but the beautiful scenery, rich culture, and amazing people are what's keeping me here. UNO equips students with the necessary resources to strengthen their personal and professional development. Those resources helped me transition from being a Graduate Student Worker to an Admission Counselor. I'm beyond grateful to attend this university and ecourage students to experience it for themselves!
