Nestled at the intersection of Milneburg Road and St. Anthony Avenue on the 91Ö±²¥ campus, Pontchartrain Halls redefine student housing, offering individual bedrooms for enhanced privacy. Our community-oriented living spaces prioritize student needs, featuring common areas, a lobby, study spaces, and social areas.
Both buildings house modern laundry facilities, and the laundry cost is covered in the rental rate. Pontchartrain North includes a game room and a convenience store, while both halls boast a fully equipped community kitchen. All units come furnished with inclusive wifi. Convenient parking surrounds both buildings, with overflow parking situated directly behind the Human Performance Center. Secure entrances with card access, coupled with video surveillance and 24-hour staffed front desks, ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

How Do I Have Packages Delivered to Pontchartrain Halls?
Residents of Pontchartrain Halls who wish to receive packages or mail must open a PO Box. Please visit the following link to set up your PO Box:
The Office of Residential Life staff cannot accept any packages or mail on behalf of residents. Any packages delivered to the building will either be returned to the sender or left unattended.

Can I Use Food Delivery Services?
Residents of Pontchartrain Halls using food delivery services should meet the deliverer promptly. Our office and front desk cannot accept deliveries or be responsible for any items. It is the resident's responsibility to pick up their order. If items are left unattended for more than 15 minutes, they may be disposed of.
