ADMINISTRATIVE��UNITS aSSESSMENT Plan DUE DATES

DATES	TASKS
August - September	OIER sends first reminder about completing and of cycle assessment responsibilities. OIER provides training to new Unit Assessment Coordinators. Holds several Open House Sessions (where OIER staff provide one-on-one support to units in their assessment activities). OIER reviews completed Assessment Plans.
September 30	Finding and Analysis Due (Completion of assessments end of cycle). Units / Department will not receive access to next cycle plan until end of cycle assessment is completed.
October	Unit Assessment Coordinators produce beginning of cycle Assessment Plans for current cycle. OIER provides feedback to unit Assessment Coordinators. Holds several Open House Sessions (where OIER staff provide one-on-one support to units in their assessment activities).
October 15	Beginning of cycle Assessment Plans are due.
November 16	Missing or incomplete assessments will be reported to administration.
December 15	Final UNO assessment report is delivered to the President.
