Kevin J. McLin Sr. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Film & Theatre at the 91直播 where he has been a faculty member since 2012. He is the former publicist and spokesman for the late Superstar Michael Jackson. Kevin is a prominent public relations strategist and has had a successful career in the entertainment industry and in higher education as a faculty member and senior administrator.
Kevin completed his M.A. and M.F.A. at the 91直播 and his undergraduate studies at Loyola University, New Orleans, LA. In 2007, he was awarded a $1.5 million dollar (USD) federal grant by the State Board of Regents in Louisiana to work on technology for the state鈥檚 film industry.
Kevin, a New Orleans native, has over 50 music compositions that have been internationally published. He has appeared on the Today Show, the CBS Morning Show, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, BET, MTV, CNN, Fox News, NBC News, and CBS News.
